Gather into a close circle and ask a meaningful question. Pass a bell around and allow each student a minute to answer. Ask the students who are listening to the answer to see their heart. To see their inner beauty. Ask them to see and listen with their hearts (which will cultivate their compassion). Ask them to be fully present with their listening, and that we have one mouth and two ears for a reason (to listen twice as much as we talk). When it’s your turn, share your wisdom.
