Kneel on carriage facing one side with one hand on the footbar. Press carriage away with top arm as you simultaneously extend opposite leg and arm. Keep spine in neutral.
Strengthens core and shoulders.
Beginner: Keep supporting knee bent for added stability. Intermediate: Slow tempo, focusing on controlled arm and leg extension. Advanced: Add a pulse at full extension for extra challenge.
