Stand tall to the side. Right hand on the front handle. Both feet turned out. Put foot on the pedal. Press pedal all the way down. Hips square. Raise pedal up and down. Repeat x10. Change sides and repeat.
Good for balance. Stretches the hips.
Take hand off the handle to improve balance.
