Stand up straight behind a chair. Turn so that it is on your left side. Bring your heels together and turn your toes out about 45 degrees out to the sides. Gently place your left hand on the back of the chair for balance. Round your right elbow and extend your arm straight out in front of you. Keeping your left knee angled outward, pull your left knee straight up and point your left toes as your foot comes up off the ground. When your left toes reach your right knee, reverse the motion and place your foot back on the floor. Repeat on the right side to complete one rep. Continue to alternate between left and right heel lifts.
Stretches quads and hamstrings. Helps balance.
