Stand with legs straight. Hold circle between hands. Inhale, lift arms towards ceiling. Exhale, bend forward. Inhale, sit in chair position. Step left leg back. Exhale, return leg to chair position. Repeat by alternating between legs.
Strengthens legs, butt, abs.
