Lie on back with legs raised slightly below hips. Place ring above ankles. Lift chest, bring extended arms towards legs. Keep arms parallel to ground and draw belly in while squeezing ring. Begin pulsing for counts of 4 per inhale and exhale.
Strengthens abdominals and hip flexors.
