Loop one handle through the top of the triangle and loop it through again through the next triangle. Make sure it's secure by tugging on it. Place right foot through the handle. Hop towards the wall (anchor point). Hop back. Place hands on the floor. Drive-up through the right leg. Extend up. Put left foot across the right foot. Do a push up (abs pulled in and braced throughout the movement). Repeat.
