A flower unfolding its leaves represents an awakening of compassion for yourself and others. Ready? Let's create some awesome flower power. Everyone lies down on their tummies in a circle with hands touching. Everyone comes into Locust Pose (arms and legs raised) at the same time. That's it. You're created flower power. Variation 1) Each kid take turns coming into Locust Pose & going back down to watch the flower move. Variation 2) Each kid comes into Locust Pose one after the other and holds until it gets all the way around the circle.
