Lie on back, legs in table top. Place mini ball between ankles. Squeeze ball, extend arms behind. Inhale, raise arms towards ceiling, lift shoulders. Exhale, hollow abs, bring arms parallel to floor, extending legs towards ceiling. Inhale, lift arms. Exhale, bring arms parallel to floor, pull knees in. Inhale, extend arms, legs.
Strengthens abs, inner thighs.
