Stand in a doorway with feet hip-width apart. Raise hands to shoulder height and rest hands flat against doorframe. Slowly slide hands up doorframe, until elbows are bet at right angles. Continue up until elbows are at shoulder height. Reverse movement to return to start position.
Improves mobility in arms and shoulder blades.
