Lie on back. Place long loops on fulcrum of ankles. Extend legs. Place arms beside body. Inhale, lift legs perpendicular to reformer. Bend knees. Flex feet bringing heels together. Exhale, press legs out. Inhale, lift legs to 90 degrees.
Strengthens abdominals and legs.
