Lie on back. Bend knees. Extend arms behind head. Hold ring between heel of hands. Lift to bring ring above thighs. Twist torso and arms right so that left arm is above right arm on the ring. Pulse from abs. Repeat on left side with right arm above left arm on the ring.
Strengthens abdominals and arms.
