Take left leg into back of chair. Press right foot into mat (or wall). Take hands to chair. Inhale, lengthen spine. Exhale, extend into a gentle backbend. Repeat on other side.

Strengthens quads. Stretches psoas, hips. Relieves sciatica.

Place foot on chair.
