Stand tall with heels together. Hold circle in front of chest and in heel of hand. Bend elbows. Lift heels off mat and pulse circle for a count of 10. Lower circle in front of pelvis. While raising circle up to forehead height, pulse for a count of 10. When reach forehead height, pulse for another count of 10. While lowering circle, pulse for a count of 10. Lower heels to floor.
Strengthens arm and core.
