Lie on your side with the bottom leg forward and top leg back. Feet on vertical poles for support. Grab roll back bar with one hand and then lie on side with bottom arm extended out. Slide the bottom hand in as the bar moves toward the poles and you come up into the side sit up. Return to starting position with control.
Strengthens obliques & shoulders. Stabilises trunk of the body.
