Lie on back with head toward edge of the bed. Hold onto bars overhead. Place feet into the loops attached to the leg springs. Bend knees into the chest, then extend to 45 degrees. Reach one leg forward and one leg down, continuously scissoring the legs.
Strengthens inner thighs. Stretches hamstrings. Stabilises core & shoulders.
