Sit with legs crossed. Place hands on ribs. Hold a Hoberman Sphere ball Breathe in: expand ball slowly. Breathe out: decrease size of sphere (ribs expand and open like the expandable sphere). Pass sphere (or two for large group) around so each child can expand/contract the ball as all the children repeat the exercise.
Awareness of in and out breath.
