Lie on back. Place feet on apex of arc, sit bones hip distance apart. Neutralise pelvis. Exhale, roll pelvis under while lifting hips until weight is resting between shoulder blades. Keep arms on mat. Exhale, roll down to start. Repeat.
Strengthens legs, glutes, abs.
