Sit on floor, legs extended. Place band around ribcage. Extend arms to side, parallel to floor. Keep legs together, flex feet. Inhale, sit tall. Exhale, twist upper body to right. Inhale, return to center. Repeat on other side.
Strengthens core. Improves flexibility in spine.
