Lie on back. Bend right knee. Relax shoulders, brace core and keep spine in a neutral position. Engage core, lift left leg a couple of feet off floor. Hold. Use arms for stability. Engage core and lower left leg to floor. Repeat. Switch legs.
Stabilises core. Strengthen core and lower back.
