Lie on back with knees bent. Feet flat on floor. Arms by side. Press lower back into mat. Keeping knees together, lift them above middle of abdominals and bring arms straight out to sides. Let legs flop to right. Hold. Bring legs back up and let them flop to the left.
Ease back pain.
