Lie on back with legs bent at 90 degrees. Rest right leg across left knee. Place both hands at base of head. Keeping lower back pressed into mat, lift shoulders up. Leading with left elbow, curl upper body towards right knee. Pause. Slowly return to start position. Repeat. Switch sides.
