Stand in front of chair. Feet hip-width apart. Engage core. Press body weight through heels and raise arms to shoulder height. Press down through heels, bend at knees, reach back with buttocks and lower towards chair. Continue to bend at knees until your buttocks touch the chair (Don't sit down). Return to start.
Strengthens legs.
Don't lock knees.
