Set up as you would for Monkey and press the trapeze bar all the way, sitting tall. Release one leg all the way down to the bed, keeping the other leg pressing up. Roll down through the spine, walking the hands down the leg. Then, roll back up and switch legs.
Stretches hamstrings. Strengthens the core.
