Whenever you need protection from The Dark Side, use your Yogedi training to build a blue force field around you. Ready to build your force field? Okay. Get onto all fours. Sit on heels and rest head on the mat. Bring arms by sides. In your mind's eye imagine you are in a blue bubble (blue is associated with protection). This blue bubble will help keep you safe. With each exhale, relax your entire body. The more you relax and slow your breathing, the stronger your protective force field will become.
