Yoga Stargate Dream Wall Art

Hi, my name is George.

I’m a yoga-teaching artist and a Stargate film fan. Stargate is a military science fiction based on the idea of an alien Einstein–Rosen bridge device (the Stargate) that enables nearly instantaneous travel across the cosmos. The film begins when one such ring-shaped portal device is discovered on Earth.

I painted this from a dream. I dreamt of a stargate appearing to me during a meditation practice. I step through the Stargate and help save the world from climate disaster. Dream painters are usually Surrealists. Salvador Dalí, René Magritte, Max Ernst, Joan Mirò, Paul Klee, and Giorgio de Chirico were Surrealist painters. Surrealist dream paintings convey dreams as an experience halfway between the visible and the invisible.

The artwork could also fit into the science fiction and fantasy genres.
