When ever you feel down, you can roar like a lion to instantly feel much better. Stand tall. Stroke your lion mane (fur around your face). Bend knees. Put hands on thighs. Open mouth as wide as you can. Stick tongue out as far as you can. Look up to the ceiling. Deep breath in and roar like a lion (haaa sound) while pouncing your sharp, lion paws forwards.
