When my mum rightly asks me when I just put <strong>MARJA<\/strong>rine all over her <strong>CAT<\/strong>, I tell her it&#8217;s the latest way of preventing hair loss for <strong>CAT<\/strong>s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Step 2<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Teach The Benefits <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cat Pose develops concentration and awareness when you mentally visit the spaces between each of the vertebral joints to mobilize them.<\/p>\n<p>Other benefits&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lower back<\/li>\n<li>Menopause disorder<\/li>\n<li>Menstrual disorder<\/li>\n<li>Sexual debility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Step 3<br \/>\n<\/span>Teach The Steps<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start in a neutral position with wrists under shoulders and arms shoulder width.<\/li>\n<li>Pull navel into the small of your back.<\/li>\n<li>Arch back.<\/li>\n<li>Tuck chin to chest. Move slowly back and forth.<\/li>\n<li>Repeat several times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Step 4<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><strong>Spice It Up <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spice it up with some variations of Cat Pose.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Cat Pose Variation 1<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/em>Do Cat Pose with Cow Pose for a flowing vinyasa.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cat Pose Variation 2<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nRaise the left leg and right arm, then raise the right leg and left arm.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Cat Pose Variation 3<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/em>Bring head to knee.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Cat Pose Variation 4<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/em>Tuck toes under, so you&#8217;re on your tiptoes and hover two or three inches above the floor.
