Walk feet away from each other as far as you can. This is like Plank Pose (kumbhakasana) but with wide legs. Keep soles of feet planted firmly on mat. <\/p>\n<p><span>The Wide Leg Split pose (aka Upavishta Konasana, Straddle Split and Wide-angle seated forward bend) <\/span><span>is generally recognised as an &#8220;advanced pose&#8221;
