Switch sides. <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong>&#8220;What&#8217;s A Really Good Follow-Up Pose For Revolved Wide Leg Fold Pose?&#8221;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Revolved Wide Leg Forward Bend (<em>Parivrtta Prasarita Padottanasana<\/em>) is a relatively gentle &#8220;revolve&#8221;. So, if you&#8217;re comfortable with the pose, you could venture onto practicing <em>Revolved Triangle Pose<\/em> which is a bit more of an advanced revolved Yoga pose.<\/p>\n<h4>Revolved Triangle Pose | <span>Parivrtta Trikonasana<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Stand in Mountain. Step feet wide apart. Raise arms parallel to the floor. Reach them out to the sides. Palms down. Turn left foot 45 degrees to the right. Right foot to right 90 degrees. Align the right heel with the left heel. Turn torso to right. Square hips with the front edge of the mat. Turn torso to right. Left hand to the floor. Hold.
