Sit on chair with feet firmly on ground. Breathe in and gently place right leg on left thigh. Settle right ankle comfortably on left knee in this crossover position. Place hands on bent right leg with palms facing upwards. Slowly bend forward with arms slipping forward. Exhale slowly while bending forward, keeping neck and spine in line. Feel stretch in spine, right hip and groin.  Hold position for a few breaths. Inhale and slowly come back to an upright position.
