Bring knees to shoulders. Hold tops of both feet with hands. Curl into a ball, gazing at abs. Pull abs to spine. Exhale, roll onto knee. Keeping spine in a C-curve, roll forward until top of head touches mat and hips are directly over knees. Inhale, maintain C-curve, roll back to balance on shoulder blades, with hips over shoulders.
