Yoga & Pilates Lesson Planning Made Easy<\/h3>\n

Hi there<\/strong>! I\u2019m George Watts, the creator of the Online Yoga Lesson Planner<\/a> and Online Pilates Lesson Planner<\/a>. That\u2019s me in the photo, giving Crow Pose my best shot.<\/p>\n

When I first started teaching, yoga lesson planning<\/a> and pilates lesson planning <\/a>felt overwhelming. I\u2019d spend hours putting together just one class, and honestly, I nearly gave up teaching because of it. Something had to change.<\/p>\n

Back in 2010, I created a super simple Word document for myself where I could copy and paste poses into a plan. A few fellow teachers tried it and loved it. Before long, I started getting emails from teachers I\u2019d never even met, asking if they could use it too. That\u2019s when I realised\u2014I wasn\u2019t the only one struggling.<\/p>\n

Fast forward to today, and that little Word doc has grown into a full online platform, used by over 3,000 yoga and Pilates teachers worldwide<\/strong>, with more than 100,000 shared lesson plans<\/strong>. In 2020<\/strong>, we also added a free Pose Directory with over 5,000 poses<\/strong> to make planning even easier.<\/p>\n

My mission has always been simple: help teachers spend less time planning and more time teaching (and enjoying life off the mat too!)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
