Start on all fours (hands and knees). Extend right leg back keeping toes on mat. Externally rotate at hip so that you can have a solid base with back foot. Stay there or extend right arm up towards ceiling (feel chest opening). Gaze up at your right hand. Repeat on other side.
Stretches thighs, knees, ankles, shoulders and arms.
Perform sitting in a chair. Folded blanket under knee cap.
Knee or ankle injury. Neck Pain. Dizziness.
