Jo completed the British Wheel of Yoga Diploma course in Harbledown in December 2013 having previously studied and performed dance for 22 years. Her passion for movement and music along with an interest in alternative therapies led her to Yoga. Jo teaches a flowing practice with emphasis on breathing, relaxation and simple meditation. She believes in exploring how yoga can help improve the alignment of the body as well as increasing strength and flexibility. She also aims to introduce a holistic approach in her teaching with an awareness of the body and mind connection.
