Group Yoga

If you have a private group or own a retreat and are looking for a yoga teacher to give yoga classes, please call me, George Watts, on 01982 552515.

The ‘Hire A Yoga Teacher’ is ideal for groups of 10 or more.  This has proved to be popular with retreat centres and holiday parties in Mid Wales where I can come out to you with yoga mats and set up a yoga class for you.  I am willing to travel anywhere in the UK, Europe and…one day someone is going to ask me to come and teach yoga in the Bahamas!

The 4 main benefits I can offer your retreat:

1) Each delegate will receive a personalised yoga folder which will enable them to practice yoga at home when they return from the retreat.

2) All delegates get full access to over 100 yoga videos on this website.

3) Themed yoga to blend in perfectly with your retreat. (e.g. couples, golf, business, team leadership).

4) Your delegates will receive free personal one to one advice suitable to their specific needs (e.g. postures to help sciatia, back pain, pregnancy, headaches, insomnia, etc) by phone or email for 3 months after the retreat.

Costs

One Session
£10 per person (minimum of 10)
Schedule:  2 hour yoga session

Full Day
£20 per person (minimum of 7)
Schedule:   Two 2-hour yoga sessions
Optional:  Meditation.  15-30 minute one to one sessions throughout the day.  15-30 minute life coaching sessions throughout the day.
