Directions

1) Lie on your back. 2) Bend knees to chest. 3) Open knees & bring them towards the armpits.  4) Stack each ankle directly over the knee. 5) Flex the feet.  6) Hold the outer edges of the feet as you draw the knees towards the floor. 7) Rock back and forth on your spine
