Yoga Child’s Pose for the Lower Back – Video Tutorial

The yoga child’s pose is a great yoga exercise for the lower back muscles. Learn how to do the child’s pose in this free yoga video.

Teacher’s Tip

Child’s Pose (Balasana) is a wonderful resting pose. Stay anywhere from 30  seconds to a few minutes.   Beginners get a taste of a deep forward bend, where the torso rests on the thighs.
